Seejaykay Software Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the GPNetwork ("Games Pro Network")/Seejaykay Software online services and the GPNetwork/Seejaykay Software mobile applications (the "Service") operated by Seejaykay Corp ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.
Who May Use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Services. Additionally, if you are a member or supporter of any Foreign Terrorist Organization as recognized by the United States of America Department of State, you may not access or utilize these Services.
Conditions of Use
We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you use GPNetwork related apps and Services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
Privacy Policy
Before you continue using our apps and services we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.
Communications
The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Applicable Law
By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the State of Ohio and the United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Seejaykay Corp and you, or its business partners and associates.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal courts of the State of Ohio, United States of America and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Content
By submitting digital content to GPNetwork/Seejaykay Software related apps and services, you are forfeiting ownership of said content to Seejaykay Corp as long as the content not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.
We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant Seejaykay Corp non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of these apps and services. You are not allowed to modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.
User Account
If you are an owner of an account on these Services, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is substantial we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a substantial change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Addons Pro

These terms also apply to the Addons Pro app for iPhone and iPad. Where this section differs from the terms above, this section is what applies to Addons Pro.
Who can use Addons Pro
Players of any age can use Addons Pro without an account. You must be 13 or older to create an account, sign in, or share add-ons. If you're under 18, read these terms with a parent or guardian.
Not an official Minecraft product
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft's own terms still apply when you play with add-ons.
Add-ons and your worlds
Add-ons change how Minecraft works, and some challenges change the world while you play, such as rising lava or water. Try a new add-on in a new world, or back up worlds you care about first. Addons Pro and its add-ons are provided as they are, and we can't promise that every add-on works with every version of Minecraft.
Sharing to Discover
- Share only add-ons you made. Don't copy other people's work, brands, or characters.
- Keep names and descriptions kind and right for younger players. Never include your real name, school, where you live, email addresses, links, or phone numbers.
- Our team reviews every shared add-on and can decline, hide, or remove any add-on at any time.
- Approved add-ons are public. Other players can see them with your username, download them, use them in Minecraft, and remix them in Addons Pro.
- You can remove a shared add-on in My Add-ons at any time. Copies that other players already downloaded stay on their devices.
- Anyone can report an add-on. An add-on with several reports may be hidden while we review it.
- There's a daily limit on how many add-ons you can share.
Your account
Addons Pro uses your Games Pro Network account, the same account as Skin Creator. Deleting your account in Addons Pro deletes it everywhere and removes the add-ons you shared.
Diamond
Diamond is optional. It's sold through Apple as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Apple handles refunds.

When Addons Pro changes in a way that affects these terms, we'll update this section and its date.
Cheat Sheet

These terms also apply to the Cheat Sheet Guide for Fortnite app for iPhone and iPad ("Cheat Sheet"). Where this section differs from the terms above, this section is what applies to Cheat Sheet.
Who can use Cheat Sheet
You don't need an account to use Cheat Sheet. If you're under 18, read these terms with a parent or guardian.

Portions of the materials used are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved by Epic. This material is not official and is not endorsed by Epic.
Seejaykay LLC is not affiliated with Epic Games. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. Epic's own terms still apply when you play Fortnite.
Game information is provided as it is
Weapon stats, quests, player stats, the shop, item history, map, news and codes come from third-party sources and Epic's public pages. They may be late, incomplete, or wrong. Cheat Sheet can't redeem codes or buy items. You enter codes in Fortnite, and Epic decides what they give and when they end.
Alerts and ratings
Alerts can arrive late or not at all, and an item can leave the shop before you see it. Shop ratings are anonymous and shown only as totals.
No cheats
Cheat Sheet is a reference. It has no hacks or cheats, never offers free V-Bucks, and never asks for your Epic account.
Remove Ads Forever
Remove Ads Forever is an optional one-time purchase through Apple, at the price shown in the app before you buy. It removes ads in Cheat Sheet and unlocks nothing in Fortnite. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and Apple handles refunds. Restore Purchases in Settings brings it back. If you bought Pro Forever in an earlier version, it counts as Remove Ads Forever.
Changes to this section
When Cheat Sheet changes in a way that affects these terms, we'll update this section and its date.
